Exploring Light & Shadow

My artwork reflects the beauty of both natural landscapes and scenic sites. Inspired in part by black and white landscape photography, I use charcoal to create a unique mood and perspective. The limited black-and-white palette allows me to show off both light and shadows and to create a different emotion than what the same subject would impart were it in color.
